What exactly do you do?

We provide fun, interactive entertainment for children’s parties, including themed games, music, props, and prizes. Our professional entertainers dress in costume and lead activities tailored to your child’s age and interests, ensuring a memorable, safe, and exciting party experience. What’s included in your party packages?

Each package includes a dressed-up entertainer, fun games, interactive magic, bubbles, prizes, balloons, dancing, music and lots of fun! You can also add extras like a face painter, a mascot, or a second entertainer to make the day even more special. Find out more about our party packages here.

How long does a party last?

Our parties can be 1, 1.5, or 2 hours long, but we recommend 2 hours as this is the ideal time frame to fully enjoy all the games and activities in the package.

Do you offer themed parties?

Yes! From superheroes and princesses to elves and pirates—we bring your child’s favourite theme to life. We offer a variety of themed parties and can also customize the experience to suit your child’s interests. Just let us know what you're looking for! Find out more about our themed parties here.

I’m not sure which theme to choose—can you help?

Of course! Let us know your child’s age, interests, and favourite characters or shows, and we’ll suggest a few magical options that match their personality.

Are your themes suitable for specific age groups?

Yes! We tailor each party to the age group attending. Some themes are perfect for 3–5-year-olds, while others are better suited to kids aged 6–9. Just ask, and we’ll guide you.

Are the entertainers dressed in costume?

Yes! Our entertainers dress in costumes according to the theme of your party, whether it's a superhero, princess, or pirate. They’ll look the part to bring the magic to life!

Do you offer entertainment for corporate events like Halloween parties or Christmas celebrations?

Yes, Jolly Kids Parties offers entertainment for corporate events, including Halloween Parties, Christmas Events, and other special occasions. We provide engaging and fun entertainment that is perfect for all ages, ensuring a memorable experience for your employees and their families. What areas do you cover?

We cover London and surrounding areas. Simply let us know your location when making a booking.

Do you charge extra for travel?

Our pricing includes travel within London. For areas outside of London or special requests, there may be a small additional travel charge. We’ll always provide an estimate when you book.

What time do you recommend for parties?

We find that the best time slots for children’s parties are mid-morning (around 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and mid-afternoon (from 3:00 PM onwards). This allows little ones to enjoy the fun without clashing with mealtimes or nap schedules.

How do I book a party?

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better—especially for weekends and holidays, as they tend to fill up quickly! We suggest booking at least 4 weeks in advance.

Do you offer any special discounts?

Yes! We have a few special offers to help make your party even more magical (and budget-friendly!):

Weekday Discount: Enjoy £40 off parties booked Monday to Friday.

Multiple Party Discount: Book two 2-hour parties and get £20 off each one! Double the fun, double the savings — only available for 2-hour bookings!

Evening Party Discount: Book a party that starts at 7:00 PM or later, on weekdays or weekends, and enjoy £40 off your birthday party package. Perfect for after-school fun or early evening weekend celebrations!

Just mention the offer when booking, and we’ll apply the discount.

Please note: 

Discounts apply only to children's birthday party packages. They do not apply to corporate events, school bookings, or other types of events.

Can you entertain children of different ages?

Definitely! We tailor our parties to suit the age group. Whether it’s toddlers, primary school kids, or mixed ages—we’ve got it covered.

Are your entertainers DBS checked and trained?

Absolutely. All our entertainers are fully DBS checked, carry Public Liability Insurance, are trained in safeguarding, and have extensive experience working with children. They’re also experienced actors, bringing extra flair and creativity to every party. Your child’s safety and happiness are always our top priority.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things happen! Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new plans.

Do I need to provide anything for the party?

We bring everything we need for entertainment, music, props, and prizes. All you need to provide is the space, food or drinks for the children, and the birthday cake! (And don’t worry, we’ll take care of the fun while you sit back and relax!)

Do you provide party bags or decorations?

While we don’t provide party bags or decorations, we do bring lots of fun props and prizes for the games! You’re welcome to add your own decorations and party bags to match your theme.

Do you provide music for the party?

Yes, we bring a speaker and a selection of fun, age-appropriate music to keep the energy high and the kids dancing! You can also let us know if you have specific song requests.

Can adults participate in the activities?

We love a bit of fun for the whole family! While the activities are designed for children, parents and other adults are welcome to join in for the games or just watch the fun unfold.

What if we don't have a lot of space?

No worries! We’re great at adapting to smaller spaces. Just let us know the size of the area where the party will be held, and we’ll tailor the activities to make the most of the available space.

What should I do if I have specific requests or requirements?
